SPA12 Nirvanasatkam (Who Am I – Six Verses) This mp3 CD comprises of three talks explaining the text written by Adi Sankaracharya. These six verses explain the nature of the self as Consciousness and Limitlessness. It uses the traditional teaching method called Neti Neti – Not this, Not this. In this method of instruction, there is negation of the attributes that we mistakenly take ourselves to be, thereby creating a false identity for ourselves. The negation is followed by assertion of the true nature of the Self.
