Aditya Hrdayam is a 31-verse hymn dedicated to the Sun God, Lord Surya. Sage Agastya recited it to Lord Rama on the battlefield before his fight with Ravana. Chanting this Stotram with devotion helps overcome fear confusion and conflict and be victorious over negative forces.
