You’ll also be supported by Swami Siddhabodhananda, a senior Samskrtam and Vedānta teacher, and Arulji, a resident acharya who guides Vedic chanting, rituals, and spiritual culture.

Swamini Pramananda — Vedānta Teacher for the Course
Swamini Pramananda (affectionately known as Ammaji) is the spiritual guide and visionary founder of Purna Vidya, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. For over four decades, she has bSwamini Pramananda een sharing the timeless wisdom of Oneness and Harmony with seekers across the globe.
A distinguished Vedānta teacher and Samskrtam scholar, Ammaji’s teachings are rooted not only in scriptural mastery but also in the direct experiential understanding of the truths they point to. Her clarity, compassion, and eloquence have made her one of the most respected voices in the tradition of Vedic knowledge.
Ammaji spent more than a decade teaching residential Vedānta and Samskrtam courses in the gurukulams of her revered teacher, Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati. Today, she continues to inspire students from all walks of life to live with awareness, inner freedom, and a deep connection to the universal vision of Vedānta.
Swami Siddhabodhananda – Spiritual guide and Samskrtam teacher
Swami Siddhabodhananda has a rich 40-year history as a teacher of Vedānta and Samskrtam. As a student of Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati, Swamiji began teaching Samskrtam while studying Vedānta in Northern California during a three-year Gurukulam-style course conducted by Pujya Swamiji from 1979 to 1982. Swamiji attended this course and soon began teaching at Pujya Swamiji’s gurukulams, as well as serving him in administrative capacities.

Sri Arulji, a resident Acharya of Purna Vidya, is known for imparting spiritual wisdom in the regional language, Tamil. His expertise in Tamil scriptures, such as Thirumandiram, Thiruvasagam, Thevaram, and Thirumurai, draws students to delve deeper and understand their timeless relevance. Arulji conducts residential programs like Vedānta retreats and short-term courses. He also trains teachers and parents in culture-based value education as part of Purna Vidya’s signature program, the Vedic Heritage Teaching Program. Additionally, he guides the student community through the many and varied outreach programs of Purna Vidya.
Set in the serene rhythm of Gurukula culture, each day is designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll find a balanced blend of study, practice, and quietude—all in a natural setting that supports inner growth.
No prior knowledge of Vedānta is required. Classes are conducted in English and are suitable for individuals who can read and understand the language. All levels are welcome for Yoga and Samskrtam classes.
All teachings are offered completely free of cost, as part of the Gurukula tradition. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
