100 hour Vedanta and Yin-Yoga Teacher Training (by Yoga Alliance accredited 200 RYS School)

Target audience : Yoga Practitioners with a minimum of 2 years of consistent practice

Description : This 100 hour Teacher Training combines the 40 hrs Yin- Yoga philosophy course (module 3) with the 60 hrs Yin Yoga and Chakra and Meridian course (module 2) in a 15 day residence format. The philosophy course is being held by the renowned Vedānta & Sanskrit scholar Swamini Pramananda (Ammaji), covering Vedic Yoga philosophy, Sanskrit Phonetics and Mantra / Stotram recitation. The 60 hrs Yin Yoga and Chakra Meridian course includes all study of Yin Yoga and the subtle body : studying Yin-Yoga related to Chakra and Meridians in theory and practice. Based on the method of Yin Yoga’s most renowned teacher trainer, Paul Grilley. Includes daily meditation and pranayama, daily Yin and Yang Yoga classes with Helga Baumgartner. English will be the medium of instruction. The schedule includes visit to several temples and/ or nature visits and outings. Suparivara, the happy family- the generation link program

Description : Suparivara, the happy family is a program that is aimed to nurture the bonding of generations within the family, by awakening the individuals to universal values & cultural ethics. Why attend: No matter where life takes us, our history and heritage act like a compass that points us back to our roots. It gives a strong sense of connection and a sense of belonging. The understanding to what are the duties and how duties of one is interlinked as rights for other person, makes a family a happy family. The facilitated workshop brings you insights from our scriptures and tradition and helps you reflect on how you define success of your family. Arrival on May25th eve and departure on May 26th. Introductory Bhāṣyam Studies of "Bhagavad Gītā" and "Ten Upaniṣad"
Who can join : Students of Swamiji and Ammaji who are stydying Vedānta, Saṃskṛtam, Vedic Heritage and Yoga.
Pre-requisite knowledge of Sanskrit is recommended.
The past sessions delivered by Ammaji covered Bhāṣyam studies of Bhagavad Gītā, Īśāvāsyopaniṣad, Kenopaniṣad, Kaṭhopaniṣad, Praśnopaniṣad, Aitreya Upanisad and Muṇḍakopaniṣad. Starting Oct 28, 2023, Chandogya Upanishad is being covered. Join the free sessions and be part of the unfoldment. Registration is requested to share the Online zoom session details.
The Power of Prayers - Sunday 12 noon IST
The initiative which was started during COVID-19 pandemic times, spiraled from daily free prayerful Satsang into weekly activity that has become a week end Vedānta session and Satsang with Ammaji herself.

- 2020 saw 129 sessions covering Śrī Vaidyanātha-Aṣṭakam, Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra, Śiva-Mānasa-Pūjā, Liṇgāṣṭakam, Śrī Śiva-Pañcākṣara-Stotram, Mārgabandhu Stotram, Umā-Maheśvara Stotram, Śiva-aparāda-kṣamāpaṇa Stotram, Śrī Dakṣiṇāmūrti Stotram, Ādityahṛdaya and Haṃsa Gītā.
- 2021 saw 105 sessions covering Govindāṣṭakam, Hanumān Cālīsā, Saṅkṣepa Rāmāyaṇam, Tattva Bodhah, Upadeśa-sāram and Prātaḥ-Smaraṇam.
- 2022 Week end sessions covered Bhaia Govindam, Ganga Stotram, Nirvana Shatkam, Maya Pancakam and Eka Sloki.
